CONDITIONS OF RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED IN THE ONLINE STORE

General

Only the customer who made the purchase online at www.tiandeproducts.co.uk is eligible to return the product.

 

1.Returning and exchanging good-quality products.

1.1. A customer shall be entitled to return the product at any time before it is delivered, at the time it is delivered by courier and within 10 (ten) days, excluding the day of purchase.

1.2. The Customer shall be entitled to exchange the purchased product for an analagous product within ten days after receiving the order. If there should be no analagous product available in the online store at the time, the customer returning the product shall be able to cancel the purchase and demand a full refund less delivery charges. If the customer returns a promotional package of product, only the entire package can be returned. Partial return of the order shall not be allowed.

1.3. Return or exchange of a good-quality product is possible only when the product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties (bears no traces of use or wear, has original undamaged packaging and labels and a full set of all products).In case of receiving Goods matching these criteria, you will be charged courier fee and cost of goods purchased will not be refunded.We will refund to the payment card or will transfer to your bank account the price paid for the Goods returned.

1.4. If the product is damaged or outdated – we will arrange the courier to come and collect the parcel from you. We will send you the printable label via email in PDF format that you will have to attach to the parcel. You will also be provided with tracking number.
Parcel needs to be securely wrapped and to meet parcel our courier services requirements.In case that parcel does not meet the requirements at the time of collection, and courier will not be able to either accept or to deliver parcel due to that reason, we will not be able to re-book the service for you and responsibility of returning Goods to us will be transferred to you.

Overseas Cancellations/Returns

The delivery cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. All customs and import duties will be your responsibility.If you return a faulty item to us, you will be liable for the import duty (but we will refund this once we have received the product and established that the product is faulty) on the condition that you send proof of this to us via Online System. Refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned item.

 

2. Returning Poor-Quality Products.

2.1. Poor-quality products are products that do not correspond to the requirements established for this product category in normative and legal acts or normative documents and the terms and conditions of the contract with the customer.

2.2. The Product must correspond to the description in the online store catalog. Differences in design or decoration elements between the actual Product and the Product as it appears on the website shall not amount to poor quality.

2.3. Whenever a customer should discover any defects not declared by the seller in advance, he or she may choose to:

demand that the product be replaced by a product of the same type (same model and/or article number);

demand that the product be replaced by a product of a different type (model, article number), and the purchase price be adjusted accordingly;

demand that the purchase price is accordingly reduced;

demand immediate and free elimination of all product defects, or compensation in full for any repairs done by the customer or any third party;

terminate the sales contract and require that the full price paid for the product be refunded.

2.4. The deadlines for meeting the customer’s demands in each particular case shall.

2.5. Only a full set of product components and parts can be returned. Partial return of the order shall not be allowed.

By transfer to your banking card within 10 days according to the banking details included in your application. Your banking details should refer either to your personal account, or an account of your representative. In this case, your representative must have a power of attorney issued to his or her name, and this power of attorney must be approved by the Seller. The time it takes to deliver the refund depends on the internal rules of the recipient bank.
