Dispatch & Delivery Policy Including on Split Shipments of Goods Information

Delivery and Postage Charges

To Customers: Delivery is free on all UK orders placed at tiandeproducts.co.uk  We offer low shipping prices for sending parcels abroad from the UK.The cost of delivery varies depending on the region, amounts and weight.

To Consultants/Distributors: Delivery is free on all UK orders over £200 placed at tiandeproducts.co.uk 

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if received before 12am and you will receive your parcel within 2-5 working days. Small parcels (facial masks,foot salts,make up etc..) will be shipped with Royal Mail,larger parcels with courier company and tracking number will be provided.

Please note that during sale or busy periods delivery can take 5-7 working days.If orders are placed at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, they will be treated as if they were received the morning of the next working day.For first time orders where the billing and delivery addresses differ we may place a phone call with you to verify that your card is not being used without your knowledge. This is for your own protection.

Missed Deliveries

Carrier Delivery: If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. You can contact the carrier directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date and even amend your delivery address.

If your order has passed the scheduled delivery date in your dispatch notification email, please contact us. We will investigate with the appropriate carrier and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Postal Delivery: If you are not at home for a postal delivery or your order cannot be delivered, a card with collection details will be left for you. In most cases, you can collect your order from the Postal Delivery Office where it is being held and you may be able to arrange a redelivery.

If your order is being delivered by the postal service and you have not received it 5 days after dispatch, please contact us.

European Delivery

Where possible, your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail postal service.In the event that this service is not available your order will be delivered via a local courier. If a delivery cannot be made, a card explaining this will be posted through your letterbox.

We aim to dispatch all European orders on the same day if received before 12am (GMT) and you will receive a dispatch email when your parcel is dispatched. You should receive your parcel within 4-9 working days.

America & Rest of the World

Where possible, your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail postal service which is a fully tracked service to your door via your local postal service. In the event that this service is not available your order will be delivered via a local courier. If a delivery cannot be made a card explaining this will be posted through your letterbox.We aim to dispatch all international orders on the same day if received before 12am (GMT) and you will receive a dispatch email when your parcel is dispatched. You should receive your parcel within 4-10 working days.

Customs Information

When ordering goods from tiandeproducts for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that when ordering from tiandeproducts, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
